Yesterday, we received from one of our carriers (called “xxxxxxx” 😉 a notification for a maintenance on a STM1 scheduled for today at 11:00.
Less than 24 hours, sounds bad… Today, arround 11:00, we detect another STM1 alarm, we investigate, the circuit comes back alone 10 minutes later. Strange! We call our carrier to request a status of the intervention, they simply disconnected another STM1 used by thousands of customers!!! No comment! 🙁
