Today, I went to the local cash-dispenser to retrieve some money… “Card rejected“. I check with my wife’s card… “Card rejected” WTF!? Suddenly I was able to read a brief message on the terminal… “Due to a maintenance, it won’t be possible to retrieve money this Saturday from … to …” (no time to read the whole message).
Two hours later, I decided to pay some bills ((all of us have the same problems ;-)) via my net-banking account and got a nice error:
I decided to call the help desk and got another nice message: “Due to a technical maintenance, the call center will be closed on Saturday“. Is my bank still alive?
Finally, I found on the corporate web site the info. Should it be too difficult to put a temporary default page instead of a idiot error message?
