In my company, such as everywhere, we have some coffie machines. Depending on the model, drinks are more or less “acceptable” 😉
The machine which gives the best coffie (IMHO) is installed in the mess and produces a very high numbers of coffies per day, 24 x 7 (!) So often, that regularly there is some kind of sensors which detects an overload of water. It blocks the machine and displays a ‘Spillhink!‘ error. I think it’s written in Norvegian. Don’t ask me why we have a Norvegian model. For sure, it’s to avoid any “language” war in our beautiful country 😉
Today, the same problem occured… and I needed cafeine! A colleague (also from the IT team) gave me a workarround: Prepare your selection (coffie, suggar and milk levels), be ready to push the right selection button… and shake, shake, shake the machine until the error message disappears. It worked!
I remembered the good times when, at my previous job, everybody shaked everyday the distributor to get some free candies… 🙂
