For years, I always took gadgets with me. I owned some Psion, Palm, PocketPC, MobilePhone, … Today, while performing some serious cleanup, I found back my old Psion3a under 5kg of books. Temptation was too big, I put some new batteries and started it. Amazing, the backup battery was dead for a while but all data stored in the Flash disk were intact 🙂 I spent some time to review my old contacts, old agenday and more… |
My config was a 512K model, one extra 1MB-Flash disk. I also had an serial cable for modem or terminal sessions. Regarding softwares, a lot of free tools (ASCII tables, network subnet calculator, battery monitor, …). I remember that I bought a specific TCP/IP stack to connect the box on the Internet, but I don’t remember the product name.
